Prices: All of our prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable and the price you see is the price you pay.
Payment: We accept payment from all major debit and credit carrds. Our order process is secured by an SSL certificate and secured by SagePay to provide a safe online shopping environment.
Privacy Policy: Redline Maxed does not disclose any information provided by the customer to any third party. We do not send spam emails and will only contact the customer by email about an order. The use of cookies on this website is to ensure that if you log out of your account, your shopping basket will remain the same for when you return.
Postage and Packing: For postage prices, please refer to our postage and packing page. All items are carefully and professionally packaged using new and proper packing materials, ensuring that your goods arrive in perfect condition.
At Redline Maxed, we make every effort to ship your order the same working day as payment clears (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm) and all orders will be dispatched within 2 working days of payment clearing, unless otherwise stated. If for any reason an order cannot be processed within 2 working days, the customer will be notified by email. Our mail is collected every week day (Monday to Friday) and a dispatch notification is always sent to the customer when the order has been processed.
Delivery Times:
Royal Mail First Class: 1 to 2 working days*
Royal Mail First Class Recorded: 1 to 2 working days*. A signature will be required upon delivery.
Next Working Day Delivery: Please note that this is not a guaranteed service. 99.9% of parcels will arrive the next working day (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays) but our couriers do NOT guarantee this. Orders must be placed before 1pm.
International Orders: Deliveries outside of the UK usually arrive 3 to 5 working days after dispatch. Please allow up to 25 working days for international orders to arrive.
Please note that we cannot accept special delivery instructions (Such as "If out, please leave at number 12).
Items Lost In The Post: A certificate of posting is obtained for every single parcel we send. Therefore, items that are lost in the post can be replaced. If an item is not received within 15 working days, we require a written statement to confirm that the item has not been received. This will be used to claim for compensation against the postal service.
Returns Policy: All items are tested and working before dispatch but if any item arrives damaged or faulty we will be happy to accept returns.
If an item needs to be returned, we must be contacted by E-mail about the problem within 14 days of the date payment was taken. All returned items must be complete, in the condition they arrived and sent in the original packaging. Items that are not returned in the original packaging will not be accepted. Therefore, please keep all packaging until the item has been tested. A replacement will be dispatched the same day as the returned item is received providing the tests show that the fault was due to manufacturing deficiencies or damage was caused by the postal services.
If for any reason a refund is given, only the cost of the item will be refunded and not p&p costs. It is the responsibility of the buyer to return goods in the same condition as they arrived. The buyer is also responsible for the cost of returning an item. A recorded or signed for delivery service is recommended as the parcel can be tracked.
